Push down the pinky toe when lifting the other leg ~ 

When lifting one leg up push down both the pinky toe on the standing leg – franziska said that
The story was that franziska wanted us to shift the weight onto the heel instead the toes when standing on one leg – but then when the leg was going to the side – the toes on the standing leg all came off b/c it’s hard to balance like that – but the main thing is to not shift the weight when moving the leg – as if they are independent – so franziska emphasised that we shall leave the toes on the floor 


Shhh Christopher said many times that he didn’t like to call it pinky toe
